Meet Ethan.
Ethan Draper is currently a fourth-year music student at Lebanon Valley College studying Organ Performance and Sacred Music. He studies organ and piano with Dr. Shelly Moorman-Stahlman and has previously studied under Mrs. Brenda Day. Ethan currently serves as Organ Scholar at Market Square Presbyterian Church in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, where he assists in leading an expansive music ministry. Ethan also serves as the Collaborative Pianist for the College Choir and voice students at Lebanon Valley College and teaches organ and piano privately. He is President of the American Choral Directors Association Student Chapter at Lebanon Valley College and is President of the LVC Organ Guild. Previously, Ethan was the Choral Conducting Scholar for the Harrisburg Choral Society in their 2023 – 2024 season. Ethan won Second Prize in the Harrisburg Quimby Regional Competition for Young Organists (2023) and was awarded the Robert W. Smith Award in Music (2023) and the Elizabeth May Meyer Award (2024) from Lebanon Valley College. Ethan is the recipient of the 2025 Frances Alford Brokaw Grant from the American Bach Society, which is awarded to one undergraduate student each year to support research of Johann Sebastian Bach. Ethan is a member of the American Guild of Organists, where he serves Sub Dean of the Harrisburg Chapter and as a member of the National Committee for AGOYO (Young Organists). Ethan has received his Service Playing Certification through the American Guild of Organists.
